I've tried several BP meds (or dietary support) including Ameal and this product: Vita Heart Dietary Supplement, Blood Pressure Support is by far - for me - the best.
It is unusual, in my experience, to actually FEEL better from a BP med (I took several prescription types before getting off of them CAREFULLY last March).... the only feeling I ever got from BP meds was poor, sometimes dizzy and sometimes lethargic. The doctor would then change the scrip or the dose and I would go back to not feeling the difference with no great gain in the BP numbers.
I had major surgery 5 years ago and ever since then my BP has been high.... average around 170/120.... the doctors are not exactly sure why and the meds they had me on did not do enough good, imo, to justify the side effects and the cost (even w/insurance).
Since I've been taking Vita Heart my average is down around 140/100 and lower. I've only been using this product for two months so I have every reason to hope for continued success and even lower numbers. I take two in the morning and two at night.
My recommendation for this product is YES... but be sure to monitor your BP w/a good machine on a regular basis. BP is nothing to fool around with.

Vita Heart makes a fantastic product. I take the Blood Pressure Support tablet and the Cholesterol tablet every morning. The blood pressure pill has helped me reduce my blood pressure medicine in half. The cholesterol tablet has helped my lipid profile improve greatly. I highly recommend these products, without any hesitation.
