I've been using Animal Pak on and off for the last year and a half. I truly enjoy this vitamin pack because of it's immense nutritional value. I'm a person who aspires to consume mostly natural products; therefore, I've been looking for a natural multivitamin (too difficult for one's body to actually digest and integrate a synthesized vitamin). After doing research, I've discovered that this is completely natural, with the only other one that I've ever noticed being "Now: Adam". The reason I like this Pak is because it is designed for athletes and bodybuilders. I truly believe that this helps me recover and get the most out of my exercise regiment.
There are 2 possible negative components to this pak. The first being the fact that some of the pills may be hard for some to swallow (It's not too difficult for me, but for some people I know it is(. The second being the fact that in order to receive the full serving, one must consume 2 paks a day, which may be a bit much for most of us. I've found it helpful to use something like "Now:Adam" as 1 serving, and Animal Pak as another. It's more cost effective, and you're not losing out on much.

Excellent product at a more than fair price. only drawback is 11 pills at a time, but it is worth it.

I love Animal Cuts, I've tried other multi vitamins and used a generic pack type vitamin and blah. These do include large pills so if you have trouble swallowing pills these might not be for you, but if you're looking for a complete assortment of vitamins/minerals then you can't go wrong with these.

22 horse pills, gave me a mild energy boost nothing more. Your liver will work overtime trying to digest so many pills. A strong cup of coffee and 2 mutivitamins worked better.
