So many ignorant folks on Amazon these days... though, I must say, there is so much over-exaggerated hype on the internet when it comes to herbs these days (surely for $$-gaining reasons -- like bogus articles on google claiming herbs are completely side-effect free and work 100% as well as pharmaceuticals, etc. etc.) that I don't blame half of you.
That said, seriously, people. This stuff is not going to be viagra or something, haha. Yes, as you may or may not be aware, the product description for this has definitely fallen victim to what I like to call the over-hype phenomenon... but honestly, is rating it so low and freaking out without first educating yourself about the herb whatsoever going to fix anything?
If you were to do a bit of searching (in the right places) about Horny Goat Weed, you would find that this herb's active ingredient is little more than a Choline-Esterase inhibitor. That is, it inhibits an enzyme in your body that would normally break down one of the nervous system's main neurotransmitters.. Acetylcholine. What this translates to is, primarily, more Acetylcholine to have around for everything. Not bad if that's what your body needs, but it's not any sort of panacea... and hardly anything of a performance enhancer. So, why expect it to do wonders for you in the sack?
One thing this herb IS particularly helpful for, and something I personally use it for, is to help maintain stores of Acetylcholine during prolonged musical performance (or when needing to perform any feat of dexterity for long periods of time). It does wonders for this for me personally -- though again, everyone's results / bodily needs vary! Don't be fooled by the one-cure-for-all articles you read!
But good riddance... all these low ratings are making it out to be like it's a low quality product or something. Is it? I don't know -- I haven't tried this brand yet -- but so many of you are rating it 1-stars etc. just cuz it doesn't do what its over-exaggerated description is claiming (again, an internet-pollution phenomenon that I'm sad to say is probably here to stay, when it comes to unmonitored things like 'alternative treatments' :/) that it's just as misleading as the description itself. What I'm saying here is twofold: 1.) Let's at least try to rate things for how good they are at what they do... and 2.) If any of you "mass-article-writers" read this, try to get a conscience someday soon... and realize the implications of what you're doing when you pollute popular mediums like Google with false info just to get some more profit.

I should have known by the dirt cheap price that this would be garbage. I am sorry that I wasted my money and my time. Of the 3 products that I tried, this is the only one that had absolutely no effect. I dont care how cheap it was, I feel ripped off. I guess the old saying that you get what you pay for still applies in this case. The side effects were a bad headache and a red face. I never got headaches before this but since I have tried this product, the headaches lingered until about 3 days after I stopped.

This product does enhance stimulation. I am able to stay erect for a longer
time . This is the fourh week of taking 2 tablets daily. Just ordered a
three month supply-recommend you give it a try.

This product has been helpful for me. I have tried MANY. Not outstanding, but helpful. I believe everyone's body is different and adapts differently, so you have to find what works for you. But generally this product is good. Can't beat the price either.
