Can't complain, not the greatest foot massager in the world, but it isnt very expensive, so, its worth while. I got it for my lady, she's happy with it, so I am happy.

I am 53 years old and recently purchased a foot massager for the first time because my feet had really started to feel very fatigued and achy, even after only short walks. I compared the description/features of many other foot massagers on the market, and felt that the Sharper Image MSG-F110 Deep Kneading Shiatsu Foot Massager seemed to provide exactly what I needed. Upon delivery, I could not wait to test it out; one day I used it with heat, and another day without heat. I am so glad that I went with this brand/model! Both methods left my feet feeling relaxed and comfortable. It is also a very sturdy unit, with adjustable positioning to help give you the right angle for your feet. The foot-operated controls are great too. I now use this massager three times a week, making my feet feel pampered and capable of carrying me throughout my week. Highly recommend.

This product works very well! I am a nurse and work 12hr shifts, so my feet hurt really bad by the end of the day! This sproduct helps relieve a lot of the tension that is built up.
My FIL was visiting for the weekend. He suffers from foot pain related to diabeties. He used the massager and also noticed a huge difference in how he felt. Needless to say he is ordering one for himself!
I love that it has nine balls for each foot! This is great because my feet are small his feet are large and the both of us are still covered, and able to enjoy the massager.
As far as limitations. I wish there were more options to set a more comfortable incline. I would like it higher in the front and lower on the bottom. I would have also liked a more Hygenic way for multiple users to use the machine. The part where your foot rests is made of cloth. I cant think of a real way to sanitize the machine without jeopardizing the integrity. Its only natural for others in your household to want a foot massage! Especially when it's such a great one!
In all Nothing beats the way another person can massage your feet. This really comes close. So, it's still gets a five star from me!

I bought this thing expecting to get an amazing foot massage, however this "massager" does not deliver anything even remotely similar to a massage. Sure, the heads move and heat/light up, but that is about it. They are so weak that in order for you to receive any pleasure from this device, you would have to be pretty intoxicated (or find some other way to trick your mind into thinking that you are getting an actual massage).
Not only is the massage weak; the time limit is ridiculous. The massager only runs for 15 minutes until it automatically shuts off (to avoid overheating). A product that only runs for 15 minutes is pretty worthless to me, since you can only "enjoy" it in brief 15 minute intervals. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this overpriced block of plastic and wires, so much so that I am returning it to Amazon. If this contraption were half the price (or less), it might be worth it, but it is definitely not worth its current retail price.
