This is not a review because I have not purchased one yet. I am writing this because I am baffled that less than 24 hours ago this item was priced at $34.99, not $40+. I had to blinked several times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I jotted down the old price and the part # yesterday, so I know I am not mistaken. I don't understand this sudden price surge. Now, I have to re-consider. Thanks a lot! You probably won't print this so other potential buyers would not know about the price change.

This is a wonderful gadget! Yes, it does give a deep massage (beware sore muscles the next day if you do it for too long), however a few times I thought my back was going to go out, and I rushed to put the cushion on it. Hey Presto! pain gone. Amazing. I have found the heat setting beneficial and quite warm. Works for feet also. Getting to the neck is a little tricky but possible, and this gizmo is great at getting out knots! Better than the full size massage chair and a good price too. I can't do without it. I have had mine for 9 months with no problems. I bet chiropractors hate this :)

Just got it. I like the heat, and the rollers are perfect. I can lie right on top of it for deep massage or tuck it into corner of the couch for lighter massage while watching TV. I just hope it holds up, because it's going to get a LOT of use. Highly recommended.

This is an ok massager for a quick fixer upper for your lower back and your neck.
Don't be mistaken by its "pillow" name though as this thing is as hard as a rock.
But that's a good thing as you'd buy this as a massager, and not something to sleep on.
There is hardly any padding between the massaging elements and the covering, so if you really push back on it, like say squash it up against a couch, then it's really effective in getting the knots out of your back and neck.
For the back it is rather small, but since it's made for the neck mainly, you can't ask for much.
There is a function to add heat, but it does nothing more than warms it up a little - nothing you can really feel, so for this it is useless.
