One of the sports moms was discussing how awesome this product works so of course we all jump on the band wagon. she herself lost 10lbs in 10 days. Another mom was on day 7 and had lost 9lbs. We all bought some. I have lost 3 lbs in 2 days. This is the first time I have come across a product that reduces my appetite with no side effects. Most items give me the jitters. I am taking the ampules but plan on going to the capsules. The taste of the liquid isnt' BAD persay but it makes my throat scratchy.
Also realize, The items in this product, I believe but may be wrong, are what's used for liver cleansing. I am pretty sure most of the initial weightloss is water weight. I also have been urinating a LOT more.
For the reviewer who lost only 2 lbs in 2 weeks, I am sure she is in much better shape than some of us others. You will prob loose faster than that but she works out a lot and probably building some healthy muscle mass which shows as lower weightloss on the scale. Something we should all be doing! Kudos to you!

I have been taking for two weeks - every morning on an empty stomach about two hours before eating breakfast. I workout a lot - approx 5 times a week. This pill has helped control my appetite. I do not think about food as much. I do not crave certain items anymore. When taking my lunch break, I walk to a huge food court near my office building, and lately nothing appeals to me. I am indifferent when selecting my food. As a result, I have been eating healthy meals and snacks because I know they are good for me, and my body feels the same satisfaction with them because I do not really care for anything imparticular. It is great! I will caution this pill might make you forget about eating... just today I forgot to eat lunch while running errands and got dizzy at the mall and realized I forgot to eat. I have lost about 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks but I attribute it more to eating less, eating better, and consistent exercise. The pill will not make you lose weight, rather your choices will. If you feel less hunger, you will eat less and can make better decisions with what you do eat. This pill is a tool to help you lose weight and/or make better eating decisions by reducing bad cravings. Side effects - nothing. I feel absolutely no weirdness or shakiness or anything at all.

If you are looking for something that control your appetite this product is right for you. It' is not magic but it will help you to eat less than usually.
