I bought these from Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet and have about a week supply left and haven't lost a pound; I think I may have gained weight. Guess I'll have to give something else a try.

Let me start off by saying that I typically don't write reviews on products. But it's mind boggling to me that this product only has 30 or so reviews....it deserves so much more. A couple of months ago I decided that it was time to shed about 20 pounds before spring/summer. I typically go through this routine every late winter because I'm such a slug in the winter and love to eat. Each year I normally lose about 7-10 pounds of the 20 because I end up feeling STARVING all of the time and give in to the temptation of food. I initially purchased the super slim pomegranate from Japan 2. I'm not so sure it did much of anything. I was kind of disappointed.
After scouring TONS of reviews and message boards, I decided to give the lean green a try. I purchased again from Japan 2 (cause they are always cheapest) and still wasn't all that impressed. Third times a charm I guess, purchased from Rate Shark (which hasn't consistently listed - but saw listings yesterday) and WOW was I impressed. I should also mention that I consider myself to be somewhat of a diet pill connoisseur; I've tried them ALL - dexatrim, hydroxycut, zantrex (had horribly tight chest), trim spa (old and new), and xenadrine - that's what I can think of off the top of my head. I'm not looking for a miracle pill, just something to take the edge off. I get seriously cranky and miserable when dieting because I'm hungry literally 24/7. The only thing that worked for me prior to this was trim spa with ephedra.
Anyway, here's the low down. These pills do not melt fat magically away and allow you to eat junk and lose weight. BUT, if you want to eat healthier and stay away from junk like I did, these pills ABSOLUTELY deliver....and you just have to take ONE pill in the morning. Every other diet pill I've taken you had to choke down at least 2, 2x a day. I hate taking pills!!
These pills completely DIMINISH your appetite AND cravings!! There have been days when I've had to force myself to eat. There have been days when I've been so busy and forgotten to eat. A couple of weeks ago, my boss came into my office to tell me something and I mentioned that I was getting ready to eat lunch. He said are you taking a late lunch, it's 3:00?? I was so busy and NOT HUNGRY that I thought it was noon!! That's how good it is! With diet and exercise in combination with these pills, I've lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I wasn't overweight to begin with, but could stand to lose some of the chub.
Now the down side - which really is not bad. I felt a little funky the first couple of days. I can't exactly describe it, just weird. And as other people have mentioned sleeplessness; worse at first, better now. The first week or so, I would wake several times a night and be wide away at 4am-5am. Now, I'm not really waking so much at night but I am sleeping less. Before taking these I NEEDED 8 hours. Now I'm sleeping 6-7 and feeling great! I get more stuff done and feel just fine. And the other "negative" that's really not bad is the dry mouth. I'm soooooooooooo thirsy all of the time, but hey it's forcing me to drink around 10 cups of water every day which is actually good!
But, I've saved the worst for last. The only major disappointment is that I have yet to find a supplier with CONSISTENTLY authentic product. I swear it's just a gamble. I did buy fruit planta from Happy Endings and it does work as well. I thought I would give that a try because it was cheaper. So bottom line, it really works, BEST STUFF EVER, when you get the real deal. If it ever goes away, I'll be buying it direct from China.

* I am 28 years old & 5'4 and have been using this stuff for exactly 1 month and it is not easy to lose weight when you aren't over weight to start with, especially when you actually enjoy food and hate being hungry but your calorie restrictions are so low that all you can do is think about food and how you are going to eat a whole box of pizza as soon as you lose the 5 pounds you need to lose.
My side effects:
* Dry mouth which gave me pretty nasty breath, my boyfriend actually bought and snuck in a giant bottle of mouth wash into my bathroom. How humiliating! I still haven't said anything to him about it.
* squirrel-like cracked out behavior for the first 10 days, then just kind of OCD type of behavior
* vision would occasionally get a little blurry when I would try to focus at something far away, at the initial focus though and only for like a second
* at light would get weird chill sensation through my body, not uncomfortable just kind of weird
* really horrible headaches unless I drank some caffeine at least once in the evening
GREAT SIDE EFFECTS:
* I WAS NEVER HUNGRY!!!! Plus it made food unappealing and kind of nasty when I did eat. For the first 3-4 days I was barely reaching 700 calories. But people look gross when they starve themselves so I made an effort to try to hit 1000 calories per day. People, I LOVE to eat. I will eat something just because I like the way it feels in my mouth, like pad Thai, so good. So please understand that it was a huge deal that I not only wasn't hungry but that food no longer appealed to me.
* It also cut my need for sleep hours in half without effecting my energy levels
The rest of my review will discuss how I was able to avoid the horrible headaches I experienced the first time. I have never written a review before but this product deserves it and hopefully my review will help someone else make a decision just like the other reviews I read helped me. Sorry it's so long though
TRIAL #1
My experience: I took pill #1 and barely ate food the entire day. I felt energetic but not in caffeine way it was more like an obsessive really talkative way. I liked that I could function and think clearly, despite the cracked out behaviors. I had no appetite and only ate a little food because I knew I had to eat something. Around 8 hour after taking my first pill in the morning my head started to hurt so I lay down. Within two hours I had the WORST migraine that I have had in a long time (mind you, I do get occasional migraines) after suffering through it for like 4 hours (I was scared to take Excedrin because of the added caffeine), I fell asleep. Despite the fact that I knew the pill worked it was not worth the pain of that migraine and I stayed away from these pills for 1 week.
One More Try:
As I said, I have experience with migraines so 1 week later I decided to give it 1 more shot. This time after 6 hours I drank a cup of coffee then 4 hours later took a shot of espresso. No migraine! My theory is that something in these pills causes your blood vessels to constrict, this is what happens with stimulants and this pill is like the master of all legal stimulants as far as I am concerned. So when I was "coming down" from the effects of the stimulants my blood vessels bean to dilate and the blood rushing to my brain caused a severe migraine. The reason having a cup of coffee worked was because the caffeine causes my blood vessels to constrict again and then gradually dilate as opposed to the sudden dilation I experienced with the pills. The espresso shot was just a precaution (I couldn't bare going through the pain I went through that first time) I followed this routine for the next week and I never had another headache. The only side effect was the "cracked out behaviors and lack of need for sleep, I love sleep and require 8-9 hours. On this stuff I was sleeping for 4-5 hours without feeling tired in the least. I don't know if this is a bad thing but since I am a senior in college, I liked it!
After The First Two Weeks:
I continue to drink a cup of coffee sometime in the evening but at this point my boyfriend can't tell if I have taken my pill based on my "cracked out" behaviors. Food is not as nasty t me as it was for the first two weeks but I still get grossed out and eat maybe a third of what I would usually eat. I weigh 118 pounds which is what I weighed after I finished month 3 doing the P90 X workout program last year (although muscle weighs more than fat and I totally had nice muscles on my body for the first time in my life)and I looked better and fit better in my clothes after the P90 program. So now I just started on my second round of pills. I was warned by the seller that sometimes you might get a batch of less effective pills or you might developed some kind of tolerance to the effect of the pills but he assured me that they would either send me a different batch or if the problem is my tolerance, recommend a different type of appetite suppressant. We will see. This month I will go back to working out which is so much easier when you already look good but want to add the toning and health muscle. It is so hard for me to get motivated when I have a layer of blubber covering my body. Why would I want to do crunches? I can't even see the muscles! Even though I actually did get into great shape last year, the P90 X program is really really....really demanding and I don't want to do the whole thing again but I will absolutely supplement the videos into my workout routine as they are awesome!
Looking forward to loosing another 5 pounds of fat and putting on another 2 pounds of muscle!

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT AND WHEN I TRACKED PACKAGE IT STATES IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO THE COMPANY I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER .. BUT I DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Okay, I'm very skeptical about diet products, but I heard about this one through the grapevine and gave it a try. I'm not really "overweight", but wanted to drop a few pounds. I lost six pounds in six days, not kidding. However, I also experienced a strange "numbness" on the right side of my abdomen that was unlike any sensation I've ever felt, and a bit scary. I experienced it twice in those six days. My wife also had the same experience and we stopped taking the pills. No recurrence of the weird numbness. Not sure about the cause, but a bit odd and too much of a coincidence.
