I haven't tried this product yet but I'm upset because the product came damaged. Now I have to waste my time returning this product. I was really excited to try this product and will but I won't buy from this seller again.

This is really clearing up my severe case of psoriasis. I have been taking it for a week and for the first time in 2 years my daughter said mommy your hands are getting better. I did the first 2 days with just the almased then breakfast & dinner having a salad & lean protien & grain for lunch. I just wish it didn't take so long to get here.

This really kept me full and I did not have any problems using it as a meal replacement. I lost weight the first week. It is an acquired taste, but I put cinnamon in mine and it tasted just fine to me. I also noticed that I had more energy and I was not hungry. I will use this product regularly and the only negative for me is the cost: its rather expensive as it lasts for only two weeks if you use it to replace one or two meals a-day.
