5 out of 5 stars useful and just the right weight for cardio exerciese   July 25, 2010
C. Mills
I absolutely love these weights. I have had them for about a year now and they have lasted through 2 puppies and are still going strong!! Great for cardio exercise, just the right weight. I have the 3 lb. purple ones. Definitely recommend them! :)

5 out of 5 stars Great for rotator cuff exercise   June 15, 2010
Kobe (Brooklyn, NY)
When I was told to use NO HEAVIER THAN 5 lb for rotator cuff exercise, I laughed out loud because I was obviously too tough and strong for those tiny little weights. I decided to use 15 and 10 lb that I used to work with when I was 4 years old.

Few weeks later, my shoulder progressively has gotten worse and I almost had to get surgery because of it. I cried.

So yeah, no matter how strong you think you are, try to use weights as light as 2 lb for rotator cuff. I know the colors are a turn off, but they're really cute when you see them in person. After using a 3 lb weight for about a week, my shoulder pain was already going away.

5 out of 5 stars 5lb hand weights'   June 9, 2010

They feel comfortable in my hands. The material is nice cuz if your hands sweat they dont get really slippery.

5 out of 5 stars Look at those muscles!!   April 26, 2010

I keep these handy so I won't forget to do my routine. I cannot do some of the exercising suggested with the product because of trouble with knees, I'm 78.
But I feel stronger, refreshed and ready! after a few minutes with the weights. Then I walk for the strenthening of my legs. I hope to work up to the 4 lb weights. Besides, they are pretty. Amazon.com sent these out fast. That's another good thing I appreciate

5 out of 5 stars great addition to the routine   April 22, 2010
Sara M. Murphy
These weights are just right. Great feel, great material. I've had great results and have used them for just about 2 months now, adding them to my routine about 4 times a week. They also came with a really nice instructional sheet (I didn't expect that) and it shows the proper movements for various exercises. I now have great muscle definition in my arms, not too much, not too little.
