I used the product, but I didnt see the results I was hoping. If anything, I gained some weight. Whey works better and I see better results and is cheaper.

I quote that from the person in San Francisco who left the comment on May 4th.
It's 100% true. I live a KETO lifestyle by choice and this product works great. My diet is strict keto and then a carb up every 2 weeks full of healthy grains and fat free wonders. I am continually losing weight as I look to maintain muscle mass.
I disagree however, I would say diet is 95% of the equation. I could lift weight once a week and eat clean and lose weight/maintain lean mass but I prefer to eat as clean as possible and lift/exercise 3-5 times a week (including 2 basketball teams).
As to the product, it is WAY more effective 30 mins before a workout regimen. I personally love taking it before I play basketball, you sweat more, but you can feel the internal heat burning up the fat. I tell you after each basketball game, not too hungry, have a protein shake and then a small meal after. Still full, yet burned oober calories.
This product works if you eat right/lift hard/play hard. Try it! Cheap too!

These work well as long as you watch what you eat. You will need to find, through trial and error, how many per day that will work for you. They will give you plenty of energy to do want you want to do. exercise or slim your appetite.

I originally toke the Lean System 7 regular strength pills for about 2 months. After that I decided to move onto these. I have been taking LS7 for about a year now and I'd say that I love this product. When I began taking these when I was 175 and now I am 160. I took these pills while completely transforming my diet and exercising 5 days a week. I wouldn't say that the pills wore the solely responsible for the weight lose however they helped extremely with providing energy and suppressing appetites. I ordered these late one month and had to go a week without them and it was one of the worst weeks of my life. I'm probably addicted to these pills however I don't' take the recommended 6 pills a day, I take 3. When I forget to take them I feel sleepy and drowzy at work. These pills are equivalent of my morning coffee however they help my body burn more fat throughout the day.
