I take 5 pills at 11pm on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water. The next day, usually between 10am and 12noon I will go to the bathroom (very liquidy, not to be too graphic)about 3 times during work and then an additional 2 more times in the evening. The trick is to drink a LOT of water. This insures movement. Otherwise it just gets stuck in there.
I always lose 3-5 pounds of sheer waste every time. I also decreases my waist line and eliminates my "kangaroo pouch".
I've been taking these pills "as needed" for over a year now and they work every time... I do notice, however, that If I take them for a few days in a row they lose their effect. My suggestion is take them one night out of every month as a maintenance routine.
Other than liquidy stool for a few days i do not notice any other side effects.
I feel better all around after each cleanse.
Remember... If you're going to give it a shot... DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!

This product was okay, I don't know that I would recommend it. For a while it worked and kind of got me regular, I didn't even finish a bottle so I don't know how accurate I can review it. I managed to get myself regular just by watching my diet and so I have no need for a colon cleanse product. However of all the colon cleansers out there if you want to use one this would be the one I would actually recommend you try. But I would make sure you try it over a long weekend because you will spend a lot of time in the restroom at first.

This product is the only thing that has worked for me after years of both over the counter and prescription medicines.
I have hard stools and this works just fine I can control how soft I want my stools to be. I took a bottle to my Doctor and she thanked me for telling her about the product. She wrote down the amazon.com address as health stores I had contacted did not carry Oxy-Powder.
I digest my food better and feel better. I even experimented with yellow cheese and the Oxy-Powder worked. I did have to take more of the Oxy-Powder.

I was really excited about getting this product based on other people's reviews. It doesn't seem quite as effective for me. If I take two pills I don't end up going at all (without them I usually move at least once). If I take 3, things are too loose and I get bloated. I made sure to dring a lot of water as other reviewers suggested. I also supplemented with hcl pills thinking that maybe was an issue. Neither seemed to make a difference. However, I did notice my body liked these better than herbal pills. I was hoping this would make me more consistently regular but I think I'll have to reserve it only for times when I'm constipated. You may be one of the people it works really well for though.

Oxy-Powder is one of the very best colon cleansers on the market! I researched a number of products before I decided to buy Oxy-Powder and I do not regret purchasing it. I've tried lots of products (herbal or non) to cleanse my colon and even going as far as getting had a colonic. All of the products I've tried were EXTREMELY harsh, which means that I could not leave my house let alone the bathroom. Those products really dehydrated my body and Oxy-Powder was the only cleansing product that was not a hellish experience. I've recommended it to all my friends.
