If you are taller than 5'3" its probably too short for you, but I love it. I bought it for a birthing ball and it was soooo much cheaper and it comes with a pump! Its the perfect size for me at 5'3". It holds air well.

The TKO Anti Burst Fitness Ball is perfect. I've been using it for around 6 months,at least 3 days every week. I got it for my core but also started using it as weight bench for dumbbell presses and flyes. Not bragging but it holds me and two 100 lb. dumbbells with ease. It does lose air after a while, just like all inflatable products you need to pump it back up once in awhile.

I purchased this exercise ball on a whim, with a $25 Amazon.com giftcard, and have not looked back. That being said, my mother took it from me so she could use it, as I moved to NY recently. She loves it, too, and uses it daily. The only thing is that due to the heat-wave back home (MI), it seems to have slightly deflated, but came with an air pump, so that really was not an issue.

I received this item without the plugs for the air holes -very frustrating. I should have read other reviews to see this is a common experience with this vendor. Luckily I was able to return it through amazon & get the correct item within a week or so. But these exercise balls should be shipping correctly the first time! Now that I have the item, it works fine.

i bought this for my girlfriend to work out with and my dog to play with. It had stood up from some rough play from the dog and lots of bouncing.... good color and size too!
