I use protein for when I weight train to help repair muscle, this is by far the best tasting protein I have had. Other shakes are just watered down chocolate flavored powder. Matrix is creamy and tasty! I love the Chocolate, Strawberry and the Cappuccino flavors. The Fuzzy Navel, Grapefruit and Lemonade are not my favorite, they have a more chalky taste for me.

This is by far the best tasting protein I have EVER had. It literally tastes like a milkshake. I have it for dessert before I go to sleep. So good. Has all the ingredients you are going to need, at a cheap price, and the BEST TASTE. GET IT!!!

For the price, the Syntrax Matrix brand is the best tasting protein powder supplements I've ever had in this price range. While the orange cream flavor is really good, strawberry and banana are my favorite flavors. You get lots of protein for the number of calories (23g of protein for 110 calories). With only 1.5g of fat and 2g of carbs, this is a fairly protein dense powder.

Are there better protein powders out there? Yes, there are. But they also cost quite a bit more. So for the price, I think Syntrax Matrix is the best tasting and best quality protein powder supplement.

Matrix makes the best protein powders I've ever tasted. Being a lap-band patient, I have sampled just about every protein powder out there and THIS IS THE BEST! If you like smooth creamy, chocolatey protein drinks, then this is a must have. You can mix it up by adding fresh or frozen fruit or lowfat yogurt and mix it in the blender with ice. It tastes better than any chocolate shake from any of your fast food restaurants! What a treat!!! It's also more economical to purchase here online.
